purchase custom Incapacitating the Terrorist Networks article There should be an enduring answer for be issue of psychological oppression. The way that these gatherings continue joining when they are disbanded requires their debilitation. The government and its partners are causing endeavors to deny the psychological militants what they to require to endure and work abroad. The United States intends to reveal the fear based oppressors alcoves from the country. To accomplish this, the administration has put forth attempts to comprehend the patterns, moves and occasions that make place on the land air, space and sea (Bush, 2007, standard. 14). This requires the comprehension of the day by day event of the exercises. With such information it turns out to be very simple to recognize any abnormality in the event of occasions which could be signs of fear monger exercises. This is made conceivable by the utilization of Intelligence drove policing. Is it conceivable to cripple the al Qaeda? It ought to be noticed that as much as Intelligence drove policing may be acceptable technique to seeing irregularity events in the general public; it may now and again be not exactly successful in controling the spread of psychological oppression. The purpose behind this stand is the dynamism shown by the individuals from the al Qaida. Shrub (2007) accepts that fear based oppressors are probably going to change their strategies of pursuing psychological warfare (standard. 15). This ought not be underestimated on the grounds that as information is being scattered it gets feasible for fear mongers to comprehend the security frameworks. Moreover, it tends to be straightforward for the fear mongers to strike independently. These are only a portion of the difficulties which are being looked by the administration. Still there are further stresses over the straightforwardness with which a portion of the weapons can be concocted. In the event that we take the case of the extemporized hazardous gadgets (IED) a similar which were disturbed in the 2006 U.K based plot to explode some business carrier (Bush p. 20). The fear monger do ot need to try hefting around these weapons as they ca n be effectively contrived in the country. Is absurd to expect to devise such weapons from the country lodgings rooms? To answer that consider what Bush (2007) composes concerning their formulating, given the prepared accessibility of IED segments and the relative mechanical straightforwardness with which they can be molded (Bush standard. 20). This shows the helplessness of to which the country is presented to. Are the contentions above intended to belittle the endeavors being out forward by the country safety efforts? The appropriate response is no. As a matter of fact, as per Carafano (2007) there have been 19 endeavored which have defeated by country security (check in the list chart II) (standard. 3). The contentions above are implied, truth be told, to fortify the country security framework. On the off chance that you consider Diagram 1 beneath, the country security framework works in four levels which continue exchanging as clarified previously. The country security framework should utilize these realities to make upgrades in its tasks. The division ought to connect more insight specialists from outside America to empower it battle fear based oppression. The countries of the world should see psychological oppression as a shared adversary of harmony and along these lines pool assets particularly knowledge reports to empower the finding of the fear mongers asylums and furthermore ruin a ny arranged psychological oppressor act. It will be of noteworthy assistance if the administration steps to the safehouses of the fear monger gatherings and remove them. President Obama has taken activities to take the war to the places of refuge of the fear based oppressor. The president advocates for joint effort procedure to occur particularly between the administration of U.S. what's more, Pakistan which is known to give a place of refuge to the psychological militants (Eisenhower, 2009, standard. 6). Eisenhower (2009) contends that the al Qaida initiative has traversed from the Afghanistan to the remote pieces of Pakistan. In these zones the gathering leeaders have been directing preparing for new individuals and speaking with the remainder of the gathering individuals (Eisenhower, 2009, standard. 7). By evacuating these gatherings there will have no base to work from thus they would have been debilitated. The Obama organization are destined for success however there are districts which are giving or can undoubtedly give places of refuge to the al Qaida gathering. A case of such a locale is Somali. This locale doesn't have a steady government and recently there have been such a significant number of instances of high ocean theft starting from this district. The Somali privateers have made a great deal nervousness the boat utilizing that course of the ocean. Such a district a locale can without much of a stretch draw in a gathering, for example, al Qaida to settle in the area and use theft as a methods for getting cash in type of payment to accomplish its goals. The U.S. should incite the UN to balance out the locale to stay away from another reproducing district for the al Qaida. Bramble (2007) makes far located suggestion on the psychological warfare issues. He accepts that there is a requirement for the Islamic countries to show belief systems which advance harmony. Structure ought to be set up to guarantee that the philosophies are instructed. Spreading of disdain writing ought to be put to stop (Bush, 2007, standard. 17). This will prompt a fresh blood age which harbors no scorn. There is a requirement for answers for found or produced for issues which draw some pressure between the western world and the Islamic states. Such issues incorporate the limit issues between the Israel and its neighbors particularly Palestine. The battle of fear based oppression is one which requires a pool of endeavors from various districts. The U.S. through its country security has put forth much attempt to guarantee that psychological militants don't penetrate the country district. The fear mongers are very unique and as such the security the requirement for security should be fixed. Purchase custom Incapacitating the Terrorist Networks exposition

Itzhak Perlmans 1996 A la Carte is one of my preferred old style circles. One viewpoint that makes it remarkable is the way that as opposed to having just two concertos, Perlman decides to play numerous non-concerto pieces. This is a much needed development from the standard account plan, and it gives the audience a wide assortment of pieces to appreciate, from Sarasate to Glazunov. The first and third tracks, Jules Massenets Meditation and Rachmaninovs Vocalize, are moderate and streaming and hotshot Perlmans warm, smooth tone and endearing vibrato. The subsequent track is one of my top choices, Alexander Glazunovs Mazurka-Obereque. This piece, which I had never heard, is an enthusiastic, eye catching move in triple time that makes certain to be a most loved with hopeful musician who venerate Perlman. Catcher in the Rye and Atigone Free Essays

In the novel The Catcher in the Rye, and the play Antigone both main characters Holden and Creon are alienated or isolated from society. Through their journey they both develop the theme which is wisdom is gained through suffering and experience. J. We will write a custom essay sample on Catcher in the Rye and Atigone or any similar topic only for you Order Now D. Salinger’s novel ‘Catcher in the Rye’ portrays to the reader a protagonist named Holden Caulfield who desires independence and feels that the world is an inhospitable place, that he holds contempt for, Holden like many teenagers seeks a sense of identity but does not look for it through his connections with others. The book highlights this and his issue of identity is explored through Holden, himself, who can be correlated to other people living in forced isolation and alienation. Holden constantly labels â€Å"phoney-ness† on the adult world and forces self alienation as a way of self protection for himself to further illustrate his independence from a world he is not connected to. In the drama â€Å"Antigone† by Sophocles we can see that Creon is also the protagonist. Creon is obsessed with greed and power. The play highlights this by capturing the controlling and manipulative ways of Creon’s personality. We can see that he is not directly wanting to be alone like Holden but that he doesn’t care about anyone else other than himself. This is self inflicting insolation, because no one will what to endure his presents. This help’s develop the theme because we can see both of the characters flaws and how they are going to grow. Holden is a compelling character, because we are not sure what he is going to do next. He purchased a red hunting hat that will make him stand out in a crowd, or protect himself from the outside world. He wears a hunting hat to show his uniqueness and isolates him self to portray that he is better than others and above interacting with them. In the beginning on the novel we see that the hat is used more frequently, to hide his true emotions. He tends to wear his hat when he is alone and thinking to himself. But he did wear it in a crowd of people so no one would talk to him. As he is in New York he tends to stop wearing the hat so often this meaning that he is growing up and maturing. Then eventually he even gives the hat to Phoebe showing that he is now an adult. There are many conflicts that Creon has to over come before he realizes that he is not the only person he truly cares about. Creon puts himself at a position of power, he go against his word saying that he would listen to the people of Thebes. Now he is going to send people to death even if they are listening to the gods. Because Creon is at a postison of power he can do whatever he wants even though it is pushing people away from him and causing him to be isolated. At the end of the play Creon finally realizes that just because he has power does not mean that everyone will love him, and he is left alone. This helps develop the theme because we can see that both characters are suffering in their own way. Holden is suffering with letting people in and not being able to show emotion. He is gaining knowledge through his own experiences and able to see that the adult world is not so bad after all. Creon had to also learn from his own experiences. Creon’s tragedy is his inability to recognize that anyone else can be right and his failure to acknowledge a higher good than that of the state. He only realizes when it is to late, when his loved ones were no longer with him. Holden often reaches out to people but sabotages potential relationships by making awkward and odd comments or actions. Holden is terrified to make a connection with someone knowing that the people he love often abandon him: Allie, D. B. , his parents. â€Å"Where do the ducks go? † is a question that he often asks to the taxi driver. This is a symbol of growth and maturity because he can see that not everything will leave forever like Allie. The ducks will come back and so will the people in his life. Holden thinks he wants to find someone to share intimacy with but truly what he needs is a good friend, someone who he can talk. This person in the novel is his sister the one who he truly cares about Phoebe. She is like a rock for him, even though she is much younger than him she acts as the adult in the relationship. She helps him grow and mature into a young adult. Unlike Holden, Creon is in love with power. He puts his love for his country above the love for his family He’d rather kill Antigone to uphold his law and win the respect (or fear) of people of Thebes than pardon his niece and one of his last living relatives. When he sends Antigone to her death he has an argument with his son Haemon. Creon is now killing the love of his son’s life for his own love of power. He tries to take back what he has done but it is to late, Antigone, Heamon, and Eurydice are now dead. Creon had cause his own son and wife to die because of his love for power. Love helps develop the theme because we reach out for people and we need them to live normal social lives. Without these life experiences how are we able to mature and grow as a person. You may have to suffer before you can see the growth. â€Å" Of happiness the crown and chiefest part is wisdom, and to hold the Gods in awe. This is the law that , seeing the stricken heart of pride brought down, we lean when we are old. † ( Chorus, p 162, text) We can only grow wiser through experience as we can see through both Holden and Creon. With both character’s they have to learn to let people in to have an opinion. That it is ok to stand out, but what will you do with your power? And to love the ones who love you. Without them you will be nothing in the world. Wisdom is gained through suffering and experience because without experience we would never grow as a person. Achieving Quality Outcomes are Important for All Projects

Question: Discuss about the Achieving Quality Outcomes are Important for All Projects . Answer: Introduction The quality of the project is defined by ensuring the needs and requirements of the different deliverables and activities required in a project. All the activities in a project during the implementation, planning, and design phase are required to be implemented in an efficient and effective manner for meeting the objective of the project performance. In order to ensure the quality of the project, quality management plan needed to be implemented for measuring the quality of the project. The assurance of quality in a project has been described as a continuous process during and after the completion of the project. Elassy, (2015, p. 25) explained that the QM aims at satisfying the different stakeholders through the improvement of the process. The different criteria and requirements of the stakeholders describe the quality required. In IT project, the two significant quality perspective is in term of client and the producers. Achieving quality outcomes are important for all projects In this particular study, the project for the development of the "Stock Exchange Monitoring System." The significant aim of the stock exchange development project is to capture, analyze and broadcast the data. The stock exchange application will be able to monitor and exchange the data between the investors and clients. The vital requirement of the stock exchange system is to provide reliable information, high security, platform heterogeneity and information distribution with high reliability. Elias, (2015, p. 752) cited that the achievement of the requirements means a tradeoff between the different priorities within the project. The stakeholders are the persons who are directly or indirectly involved with the development of the project. Jeong, and Jung, (2016, p. 19) illustrated that on this particular project for the design a development of the stock exchange system, the stakeholders are the producer and developer, the client for whom the stock exchange system is being developed. F urthermore, Minelle, (2016, p.26) defined quality as a subjective characteristic of the project that varies in relevant with the project stakeholder. The developed system for the stock exchange provides the information from the external sources through the internet to the independent clients connected through the system. The clients associated with the stock exchange system are distributed throughout the globe and can receive data from the data server directly. Therefore, the developed stock exchange system will be able to show, monitor and exchange the information in a much reliable and efficient manner. Difference in perspective with respect to quality In the project for the development and implementation of the Stock Exchange Monitoring System," the stakeholders had difference perspective of the quality that needed to be achieved during the project implementation. Mane and.Patil. (2015, p.129) have defined the "quality" in the project as the compliance with the project requirements. On the other hand, Drob, (2014, p.28) have described quality as the need that is "fit for use" during the development of the project. Different stakeholders associated with the project have a different perspective on achieving the optimum quality for the developed system. Different views on the quality of the project are: Product-Based Perspective: The client of the stock exchange system focuses on achieving the quality of the system in terms of usability, access of information, security of data, the reliability of information. Sunder (2016, p.27) described that the functional quality of the developed system along with the products characteristic and systems specification are equivalent to the developed system's quality. In most of the cases, the price of the developed product is often misjudged as the high quality of the service or system. In the case of the "Stock Exchange management system," the clients pay a huge amount of financial resources for incorporating various features and component within the system. But if the developed system fails to provide the right information at the right time to the client, the quality of the project will not be met. User-based perspective: The Stock Exchange Monitoring System is developed for the targeted clients and customers scattered all over the world. The customers view of the quality that they would be able to log in to the system and view the stock information and data in real time. Different customers have different needs in terms of usability and functionality of the developed system. The developed system provides the customer with a subscription offer that will acknowledge the customer with the change of feed on a particular stock information. The customer views the quality of the product with the minimum delay in reminding the customer about the real-time change in information. Developers view of quality: The project team and the technician department for the development of the project aim at designing a reliable and flawless stock management system. The stock management system views the quality of the developed system in terms of errorless system, the processing capability of the system, reliability, and security aspect. In addition to that, project team aims at delivering the development project within the allocated resources, provided time and financial budget. Differences with Respect to the Quality of the Project is Outlined in Component 1 As mentioned in component 1, the quality of the IT project is determined at various stages during the implementation. According to Eskerod, and Vaagaasar, (2014, p.71), in the delivery stage, the quality of the project is judged during the delivery stage and the post-delivery stage. The significant objective for determining the quality of the project in term of cost and time. The quality of the project is determined by the right process conducted during the delivery stage of the project. The quality of the project is evaluated based on the organizational benefits the criteria of quality is accessed in terms of meeting the objective, goal and measuring the effectiveness of the developed system (Gnan et al., 2013, p. 85). On the other hand, in the case of "Stock Exchange Monitoring System," the quality of the product is judged and viewed in respect of the required efficiency of the developed stock exchange system. On a contrary of quality as observed in component 1, the quality criteri a of the stock exchange system were not viewed with the organizational benefits. In the component 1, during the post-delivery stage of the project, the team members, clients, and other stakeholders demonstrate the quality criteria for the IT project. The success and quality of the project are judged trough the satisfaction and benefits of the stakeholders and success of the developed system (Eriksson et al., 2015, p.322). The implementation of the IT project will have determined with the user satisfaction, system quality, use of information, impact of individual, and information quality. Similarly, on the development of the "Stock Exchange Monitoring System," the quality is accessed and judged in terms of quality, information and accessibility of the system for achieving the optimum quality. The post-delivery stage in the project the quality is viewed by getting the objective right for gaining the organizational and stakeholders aspect. Methods of describing quality criteria The quality criteria of any project depends on three factors primarily: the perspective of the users, the objective of the developing the project itself and the process itself. The project quality criteria are considered as subject criteria in those specific cases in which the project quality can be scored by the individual users, based on their experience, views, and backgrounds (Boubaker, Djebabra, Saadi, 2014, p.335). Thus, it can be said that one of the most important methods for describing the quality criteria of any project is to rely on the requirements of the client and their background. On the other hand, the quality of the information available from the Stock Exchange Monitoring System under consideration can only be assessed by analyzing and evaluating the information in consideration (Martin et al., 2016, p.59). Thus, the method for determining the quality of the information is nothing but the analysis of the same. Finally, the efficiency, completeness and ease of the process of obtaining information from the Stock Exchange Monitoring System should be considered as yet another quality criteria of the entire project (Valls et al., p. 269). Thus, the scoring of the Stock Exchange Monitoring System n system itself should be considered as the final method of identifying the quality criteria of the project. The following table provides a list of the various methods that can be utilized for identifying the quality criteria of the project under consideration: Sl. No Quality Criteria Assessment method 1 Believability Experience of the user 2 Concise representation Experience of the user 3 Interpretability Experience of the user 4 Quality Criterion Experience of the user 5 Relevancy Experience of the user 6 Completeness of information Analysis of information 7 Relevance of information Analysis of information 8. Efficiency Stock Exchange Monitoring System Scoring of the Stock Exchange Monitoring System Management Plan The following processes must be utilized be for achieving the quality of the project, as and when the same progresses: Clarification of the vision, mission, and goals of the project: The identification of the aim and objectives of the project, along with the vision mission and goals of the same is essential for the identification of the criteria that would be utilized for determining the level of quality of the project. Identification of the success factors: The critical factors for determining the quality of the project would be identified in the second stage of the quality assurance process. Developing metrics for tracking the data associated with the critical success factors: The metrics for assessing the data associated with the critical success factors of the project require to be developed and put into use. Identification of the primary stakeholders associated with the project: The identification of the primary stakeholders of the project is yet another essential step of the quality management process; the same facilitates the process of identifying perspectives from which the quality of the project activities would be measured (Elias, 2016, p.752). Develop quality survey tool: The survey tool to be utilized for determining the quality levels of the project should be developed and utilized for enhancing the efficiency of the quality management process. Developing the improvement plan: Developing the quality improvement plan is the last activity associated with the quality management process. Possible impact on the project The quality management plan in the project helps in identifying the various requirement of the different stakeholder involved in the project. Moreover, the application quality management help in identifying the various requirements and characteristic of the project. Furthermore, the process helps in identification of the different quality characteristic revised for the project. In addition to that, the process of quality management helps the project manager to ensure the project developed and conducted meets the requirement and quality needs of the project. Moreover, the quality assurance process determined the impact of quality in meeting the requirement of the undertaken project (Boesso, Kumar, 2016, p.830). In addition to that, the application of the quality management process helps in determining the metrics for ensuring the cost, time and scope of the project while maintaining the quality as identified in the process. Apart from that, the application of the project quality assu rance helps in identifying the requirements and distribute the task to the different people for obtaining the project goals (Gnan et al., 2013, p. 85). Moreover, the monitoring and maintaining of the project scope and deliverables are made easier with the quality assurance plan. Conclusion The success or failure of the project is determined by the achievement of the project goal and requirement. The different view of the project stakeholders varies in respect to obtaining the required quality for the undertaken project. The difference of views between the stakeholder forms two major quality gaps between the view of the customer and the view of the developer for gaining the required quality of the project. Moreover, for gaining the efficient quality of the project, the project manager needs to incorporate the quality criteria of all the stakeholders for gaining optimum quality through the quality assurance and performance within the project. In addition to that, the continuing improvement in the quality of the project helps in improving the satisfaction of the stakeholders involved in the project. References Boesso, G., Kumar, K. (2016).
